The Sanctuary and Basilica of Bonaria and its museum are located on the top of the hill with the same name, surrounded by a pleasant park and very close to the Monument Cemetery. The construction of the temple began in 1704 and continued up to 1926. The religious complex includes a small Catalan-Gothic church and the Basilica in neoclassical style. From Bonaria hill enjoy a beautiful view of Castello district and Su Siccu landscape.
